To All Language Arts/English Teachers Middle School through High School:

We invite you and your students to submit original poetry to the 26th Annual Poets’ Night Out contest and poetry reading event.

Poetry must be postmarked or dropped off by January 25, 2024.

Fee for classroom submissions is $1.00 per student (one typed poem of 120 lines max) up to a maximum of $30 total for all submissions by one teacher.

All selected poets will be invited to read their poem at the Poets’ Night Out event, to be held this year on Sunday, April 28, 2024 at the Traverse City Opera House, 106 E. Front Street, Traverse City.
